1. Wie wij zijn
De app Veilig Besteden, in Google Play ook bekend als ZZP Cockpit: Toeslagen & Btw (pakketnaam nl.zzpcockpit.app), wordt uitgegeven onder de ontwikkelaarsnaam Limox AI. Deze website, veiligbesteden.nl, hoort bij dezelfde app.

2. Wat de app is
Veilig Besteden is een onafhankelijke planningstool. De app maakt schattingen van bedragen die je mogelijk moet reserveren voor inkomstenbelasting, de bijdrage Zorgverzekeringswet, btw en een mogelijke terugvordering van toeslagen.
3. Wat de app niet is
De app is geen onderdeel van de Belastingdienst, Dienst Toeslagen of enige andere overheidsinstantie, en is daar ook niet aan verbonden.
De app geeft geen fiscaal, juridisch of financieel advies.
Je kunt met de app geen aangifte doen, geen toeslag aanvragen en geen wijziging doorgeven aan een overheidsinstantie.
Aan de berekeningen in de app kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
4. Schattingen en jouw verantwoordelijkheid
De berekeningen zijn schattingen op basis van de gegevens die jij invoert en de gepubliceerde regels van het gekozen jaar. Schattingen kunnen afwijken van de werkelijke bedragen, onder meer doordat jouw situatie verandert, doordat je gegevens onvolledig of onjuist invoert, of doordat regelgeving wijzigt.
Controleer definitieve bedragen altijd bij de officiële bronnen: de app Toeslagen, Mijn toeslagen, deproefberekening van Dienst Toeslagen en je aangifte bij de Belastingdienst.
Beslissingen die je op basis van de app neemt, neem je op eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Raadpleeg bij twijfel een boekhouder of belastingadviseur.
5. Jouw gegevens
De gegevens die je invoert blijven op je eigen apparaat. Wij hebben er geen toegang toe. Als je de app verwijdert of van toestel wisselt, ben je die gegevens kwijt; maak daarom regelmatig een export. Hoe wij omgaan met gegevens rond je abonnement lees je in ons privacybeleid.
6. Abonnement
De app is gratis te gebruiken met een beperkte set functies. Premium is een abonnement dat automatisch wordt verlengd totdat je het opzegt.
Aankoop, betaling, verlenging en opzegging verlopen via Google Play, en bij een toekomstige iOS-versie via de App Store. De geldende prijzen en voorwaarden zie je daar op het moment van aankoop. Opzeggen doe je in je Google Play- of App Store-account.
Als er een gratis proefperiode geldt, wordt het abonnement na afloop daarvan automatisch in rekening gebracht, tenzij je tijdig opzegt volgens de voorwaarden van de betreffende store. Restituties verlopen via de store waar je de aankoop hebt gedaan.
7. Herroepingsrecht
Bij digitale diensten geldt een wettelijk herroepingsrecht van veertien dagen. Dit recht vervalt zodra de dienst met jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming direct wordt geleverd en je hebt erkend daarmee je herroepingsrecht te verliezen. Aankopen en restituties verlopen via Google Play of de App Store; daar gelden aanvullend de voorwaarden van de betreffende store.
8. Beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen
Wij spannen ons in om de app en de website goed te laten werken, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat deze altijd en ononderbroken beschikbaar of foutvrij zijn.
Wij mogen functies wijzigen, toevoegen of verwijderen. Bij een ingrijpende wijziging van deze voorwaarden of van je abonnement informeren wij je vooraf, zodat je kunt opzeggen.
Rekenregels worden per kalenderjaar bijgewerkt. Welke regelversie is gebruikt, zie je in de app.
9. Aansprakelijkheid
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de schattingen in de app of op deze website, tenzij die schade het gevolg is van opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van onze kant, of tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt.
Voor zover wij wel aansprakelijk zijn, is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan het schadevoorval voor je abonnement hebt betaald.
Deze beperkingen gelden niet voor schade door dood of letsel en niet voor andere aansprakelijkheid die op grond van dwingend recht niet kan worden uitgesloten of beperkt.
10. Intellectuele eigendom
De app, de website, de naam Veilig Besteden, de vormgeving en de onderliggende software zijn van ons. Je krijgt een persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar gebruiksrecht. Je mag de app niet kopiëren, aanpassen of namaken.
11. Klachten en toepasselijk recht
Heb je een klacht? Mail ons op murat@aymilaturizm.com. Wij reageren zo snel mogelijk.
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Als consument kun je een geschil voorleggen aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, en je kunt gebruikmaken van het Europese ODR-platform.

This company is your contracting party for the use of the app and this website.
2. What the app is
Veilig Besteden is an independent planning tool. The app produces estimates of the amounts you may need to set aside for income tax, the Health Insurance Act contribution (Zvw), VAT and a possible recovery of benefits (toeslagen).
3. What the app is not
The app is not part of the Belastingdienst, Dienst Toeslagen or any other government body, and is not affiliated with them.
The app does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.
You cannot use the app to file a tax return, apply for a benefit, or report a change to a government body.
No rights can be derived from the calculations in the app.
4. Estimates and your responsibility
The calculations are estimates based on the data you enter and the published rules for the selected year. Estimates can differ from the actual amounts, among other things because your situation changes, because you enter incomplete or incorrect data, or because the rules change.
Always check final amounts with the official sources: the Toeslagen app, Mijn toeslagen, thetrial calculation of Dienst Toeslagen and your tax return with the Belastingdienst.
Decisions you make on the basis of the app are your own responsibility. If in doubt, consult an accountant or a tax adviser.
5. Your data
The data you enter stays on your own device. We have no access to it. If you delete the app or switch devices, that data is gone; we therefore recommend making a regular export. How we handle data relating to your subscription is described in our privacy policy.
6. Subscription
The app is free to use with a limited set of features. Premium is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it.
Purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play, and for a future iOS version by the App Store. The prices and conditions that apply are shown there at the time of purchase. You cancel in your Google Play or App Store account.
If a free trial period applies, the subscription is charged automatically once it ends, unless you cancel in time in accordance with the conditions of the relevant store. Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase.
7. Right of withdrawal
For digital services a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days applies. This right lapses as soon as the service is supplied immediately with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store; the conditions of the relevant store apply in addition.
8. Availability and changes
We make every effort to keep the app and the website working properly, but we cannot guarantee that they are always and uninterruptedly available or free of errors.
We may change, add or remove features. In the event of a substantial change to these terms or to your subscription, we will inform you in advance so that you can cancel.
The calculation rules are updated per calendar year. The app shows which version of the rules was used.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the estimates in the app or on this website, unless that damage is the result of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, or unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
To the extent that we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the event that caused the damage.
These limitations do not apply to damage resulting from death or personal injury, nor to other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
10. Intellectual property
The app, the website, the name Veilig Besteden, the design and the underlying software belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use. You may not copy, modify or imitate the app.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer you can bring a dispute before the competent court in the Netherlands, and you can make use of the European ODR platform.
